You'll lead a small design pod, work closely with marketing and growth teams, and own the creative lifecycle--from concept to launch. Your work will directly impact lead generation and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Define creative strategy:
Translate marketing goals into briefs, concepts, and campaigns.
Brand leadership:
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.
Multichannel design:
Deliver compelling, on-brand creative across web, social, email, ads, print, and landing pages.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Partner with content, SEO, PPC, web, and business development teams.
Project ownership:
Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for creative deliverables.
Creative optimization:
Use data (CTR, CPA, engagement) to iterate and enhance visual output.
Team development:
Mentor junior designers and support their professional growth.
Process management:
Track revisions, approvals, and ensure timely delivery.
Trend awareness:
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices.
What You Bring:
4+ years of experience in graphic design or creative leadership
A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
Proficiency in
