About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 1+ year of professional experience to join our creative team at SpiderWorks. You'll play a key role in crafting visually compelling designs for social media, ads, websites, branding, and more, helping clients stand out in the crowded digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Create marketing assets including banners, emailers, web graphics, infographics, and landing page visuals Support ad campaigns with optimized creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. Collaborate with the content, strategy, and performance teams to execute visual concepts Maintain brand consistency across all client and internal materials Design digital-first branding kits (logos, brand colors, templates) as needed Prepare and package final files in the appropriate formats for web and mobile Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Figma or Canva (preferred for social media design) Strong understanding of: Layout, color theory, and typography Social media dimensions and design best practices Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills Solid portfolio showcasing social media, digital ads, and branding work
