The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging designs that support the hospital's communication, branding, and marketing initiatives. This includes developing materials for print, digital, and social media platforms while ensuring consistency with the hospital's brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design:
Develop posters, brochures, banners, social media posts, presentations, and digital graphics.
Branding:
Maintain visual consistency across all communication materials.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, HR, and clinical teams to design event and awareness campaign materials.
Digital Media:
Create engaging content for hospital website, social media, and internal communication.
Photo & Video Editing:
Enhance images, edit short videos, and prepare multimedia content.
Awareness & Campaigns:
Design creatives for health days, festivals, and hospital initiatives.
Innovation:
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role with computer-intensive work.
Occasional extended hours for urgent projects or hospital events.
Regular interaction with multiple departments and staff.
