Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Graphic Designer (Male preferred)

who can lead our creative department, manage visual content production, and mentor junior designers. The ideal candidate should be equipped with strong graphic designing and motion graphics skills, along with the ability to ideate and guide the visual direction of client campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Lead the creative design process for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and internal projects. Oversee and produce high-quality graphics, motion graphics, and basic video edits. Mentor and guide junior designers and interns in the team. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to translate briefs into engaging visual outputs. Review creative work and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and consistency. Contribute original and innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions. Ensure timely delivery of creative assets across multiple campaigns and platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior team members effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a personal laptop suitable for design-related work. Strong communication and collaborative abilities. Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Male candidates preferred for this position. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar creative/design leadership role. Ability to handle projects independently and take ownership of creative execution.

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
