Techoftheday is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, talented, and creative

Visual Graphic Designer

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of visual assets that strengthen our brand identity and support our marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project goals and transform them into impactful, visually compelling designs.

Responsibilities:

Design engaging social media graphics for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others. Develop brand elements including logos, color schemes, and typography. Create packaging designs that are functional and visually aligned with our brand identity. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives and requirements. Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices. Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals. Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. Ensure all final designs comply with brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience as a Visual Graphic Designer or in a similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, packaging, and social media graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Skilled in AI-based design tools and Generative AI. Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.

Bonus Points:

Experience in motion graphics or animation. Familiarity with best practices in social media marketing.
