Key Responsibilities

Design social media assets (posts, banners, stories) for clients and our agency's channels Collaborate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop campaign concepts Adapt visuals across formats static, animated GIFs, and short video overlays Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables Stay on top of social media trends; bring fresh, inventive ideas to the table Support ad-hoc internal projects (e.g., posters, presentations)

What We're Looking For

Creative spark & strong imagination:

your original ideas should shine

Portfolio/WIP proof:

show us your work even if it's academic projects or personal--as long as it's polished

Design fundamentals:

color, typography, layout, hierarchy

Toolbox familiarity:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign/Figma a plus); bonus for any motion or video editing tools

Attention to detail:

pixel-perfect care, alignment, consistency

Team spirit & openness to feedback:

collaborate and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment

Self-driven learner:

a genuine interest in exploring new design spaces and experimenting

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field Internship or projects involving social media visuals or branding Basic motion-graphics or video editing skills is a plus Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other online design tools
