Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

with 2-3 years of professional experience. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, branding, websites, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging visuals for social media posts, banners, brochures, ads, logos, and brand identities. Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into visual assets. Work on multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery. Create designs aligned with current trends while maintaining brand consistency. Prepare print-ready files and digital versions of all artworks. Adapt designs for different formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube thumbnails, websites, etc.). Take creative feedback and implement changes efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a plus). Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and design best practices. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a strong creative eye. Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics. UI/UX design experience (Figma or Adobe XD). Experience in creating brand guidelines or identity systems.

Monday to Saturday

Timings:

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

On-site (Trivandrum)
