Job Responsibilities

Develop and create visually engaging designs for print and digital media, including brochures, posters, social media posts, banners, and advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. Design brand assets such as logos, visual identities, and style guides to establish and maintain a strong brand presence. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design materials and touchpoints. Prepare and optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring high-quality standards. Assist in the development of branding strategies to align visual elements with the company's mission and values. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to produce fresh, innovative designs. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Key Requirements

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design and branding. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing creative and versatile design work, including branding projects. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition. Basic understanding of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to feedback.
