NOTE: WORK FROM OFFICE - BANGALOREBriefCreate beautiful and stunning visual graphics for a variety of media and work with other team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.Roles Defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos to inspire and attract the target audience. Design the visual aspects of logo, social media creatives, websites, brochures, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. Creativity and ability to translate requirements into design. Work with web developers to achieve visual design intent.Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience or a fresher with creativity and the ability to work in a fast-growing market.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML5, and CSS is an added advantage.
