Job Description

Conceptualization:

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to define design requirements and brainstorm creative concepts.

Digital Design:

Create engaging assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email campaigns, display ads, and website banners.

Print Design:

Produce high-quality print materials, including brochures, business cards, signage, and packaging.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring all output aligns with established style guides.

Production:

Prepare final press-ready files and monitor the production process to ensure quality control.

Iteration:

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible outcome.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio demonstrating a command of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.

Software Mastery:

Expert-level skills in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Adaptability:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain design choices to non-designers.
