1. Taking design briefs for understanding the requirements for digital and offline creatives
2. Thinking creatively and creating new concepts, layouts and graphics for product
representation on
a). Product Assets e App , Website e banners | Sub Banners
b). Social media platforms Insta , FB , You tube e post , videos
c). Creating add assets for performance marketing channels like UAC , FB, Insta , You
tube e Static , Carousel , Gifs and Videos
d). Offline channel e Brochures, Fliers, posters etc for BTL activations or tie ups
3. Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements from marketing or product team
4. Understanding of both digital and offline medium and formats
5. Scheduling project implementation and defining budget constraints
6. Preparing rough drafts for approval
7. Working with copywriters or agencies along with performance and product team for
finalizing the designs
8. Amending designs after feedback and preparing final layout
9. Working with graphic design software
10. Managing multiple projects
11. Liaising with suppliers and service providers
