Senior Graphic and Motion Designer
Experience: 3 - 5 Years

PROFILE

? You are a Graphic and Motion Designer who is passionate about working on creative concepts related to Web, Social and Print media and other such audiovisual media.

? You are passionate about the use of design as a strategic tool for communication.

? You are a creative thinker and self-starter contributing to visual concepts and hands-on production in collaboration with Marketing and Creative teams.

? You work towards achieving excellence in the areas of design, typography, illustration and layout that together comprise effective visual communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? 3+ years of experience in Graphics and Motion Design.

? Design creative marketing collateral such as print collateral, social media posts and banners, and short animations and videos that capture the vision of our company and products.

? Understand the target audience by working with Marketing and Creative teams.

? Explore design requirements and brainstorm about various creative options and solutions.

? Work on the consistency of our brand image in the media in terms of typography, colours and tone of voice.

BACKGROUND

? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional course in Digital Arts, Design, Communication is preferred.

? Experience working in a marketing/design environment is preferred.

Requirements

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

? Must have in depth knowledge of working with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (Premiere Pro, InDesign, and CorelDraw are optional).

? Must be familiar with making short animations and optionally video editing.

? Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English.

? Must have worked on projects in Web (banners, social media posts and short animations etc.) and Print (brochures, banners, advertisements, posters, mailers, etc.) media.
