The role involves designing marketing creatives for real estate projects including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, presentations, and ads, creating visually appealing layouts aligned with brand guidelines, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver high-impact visuals, and ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of designs, while requiring 2-3 years of hands-on graphic design experience (real estate preferred), strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and related tools, a solid understanding of print and digital design standards, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
