Job Summary

The Social Media Graphic Designer will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into visually appealing, on-brand content that increases audience engagement. The role requires a blend of creative design skills, photo/video editing expertise, and a strong understanding of current social media trends.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Design, edit, and produce high-quality visual content (static, carousels, Reels/shorts, stories) for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms. Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent style, tone, and color palette across all platforms. Video & Motion Graphics: Create, edit, and animate, short-form video content to boost engagement. Strategic Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to brainstorm campaign ideas and create assets that align with marketing goals and content calendars. Platform Optimization: Adapt designs for different social media formats and sizes, keeping up to date with new trends and best practices. Performance Monitoring: Analyze the engagement of visual content and use insights to improve future designs. Speed & Efficiency: Deliver high-quality assets under tight deadlines, utilizing tools like AI, Photoshop, or Canva to expedite workflows.
Required skills and qualifications

Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, specifically within social media or digital marketing. Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Canva. Design Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in social media layouts, typography, and visual storytelling. Skills: Basic photography/videography skills are a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
