Key Responsibilities
Design engaging
social media creatives
(static, carousel, reels creatives)
Create and maintain
branding assets & brand collaterals
(brochures, pitch decks, banners, ads, posters, etc.)
Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visual concepts
Use
AI tools effectively
for design ideation, prompt creation, and workflow optimization
Perform basic to intermediate
video editing
for social media content
Analyze design trends and competitor creatives to improve output quality
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio showcasing
social media & branding work
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Figma / Canva (added advantage)
Hands-on experience with
AI design tools & prompt engineering
Working knowledge of
video editing tools
(Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
Good understanding of
design trends, typography, color theory, and layouts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
