Key Responsibilities

Design creative assets for events Create

backdrop and decor mockups

for events Work closely with the event production, marketing, and client servicing teams to understand project requirements Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes while maintaining brand consistency Prepare final artwork files for print and large-format production Ensure designs are aligned with event concepts, client briefs, and timelines Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Stay updated with design trends, event visuals, and production techniques

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling Experience designing for

events,

(preferred) Knowledge of print processes, resolutions, and file formats

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in event management, advertising, or experiential marketing agencies Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing Understanding of LED screen ratios and large-scale output
