About us:

We are an event decor company specialising in theme-based birthday celebrations, bringing creativity and imagination into every party.

While our current focus is on birthdays, we have exciting plans to expand into wedding decor in the near future. This means our designers will get opportunities to work on a wide range of event themes, from playful kids' parties to elegant weddings.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative assets for events Create

backdrop and decor mockups

for events Work closely with the event production, marketing, and client servicing teams to understand project requirements Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes while maintaining brand consistency Prepare final artwork files for print and large-format production Ensure designs are aligned with event concepts, client briefs, and timelines Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling Experience designing for

events

(preferred) Knowledge of print processes, resolutions, and file formats

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in event management, advertising, or experiential marketing agencies Basic knowledge of motion graphics
