Role Purpose

We are seeking a creative and business-oriented professional who can seamlessly handle

graphic design

,

social media promotions

, and

high-impact presentations

. The role is critical in strengthening Acme Interiors' brand presence, digital engagement, and client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design high-quality creatives for digital and print media including: Social media posts, banners, reels thumbnails Corporate brochures, flyers, posters, standees Internal branding materials and marketing collaterals Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets in line with Acme branding guidelines. Work closely with marketing, sales, and project teams to convert concepts into compelling visuals.

Social Media Management & Promotions

Plan, create, and execute social media content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Manage organic and paid social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead visibility. Write engaging captions, hashtags, and campaign creatives aligned with brand tone. Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media performance reports. Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and best practices.

Presentations & Business Communication

Develop professional, visually strong presentations for: Client pitches & proposals Corporate profiles & capability decks Leadership & internal presentations Convert technical and business data into visually compelling, easy-to-understand slides. Maintain high standards of layout, typography, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Advanced working knowledge of

PowerPoint / Google Slides

with a strong sense of visual storytelling. Experience with social media tools and platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, basic ad tools). Basic understanding of video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) is an added advantage. Excellent aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and brand sensitivity. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field

.

3-6 years

of relevant experience in graphic design and social media management. Prior experience in

interior design, real estate, architecture, construction, or B2B services

will be highly preferred. Proven portfolio showcasing design work, social media creatives, and presentation decks.

Pay: ₹30,471.84 - ₹45,219.23 per month
