Job Role & Responsibilities

Design high-quality visual creatives for

social media and digital brand campaigns

. Create marketing and communication assets for

digital-first platforms

. Develop creatives for

performance advertising

on Meta and Google platforms. Support the creation of

brand decks, pitch materials, and internal presentations

. Maintain strong

visual consistency

across brand identity systems and campaigns. Translate design briefs into

clean, effective visual outputs

with strong attention to detail. Collaborate closely with internal teams and

incorporate feedback constructively

. Support

campaign-led and performance-driven creative requirements

as part of a larger creative team.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation

Graduate or Diploma in Design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)*

Experience

0-3 years of experience as a

Graphic Designer

Both

agency and brand-side experience

are acceptable

Language

Basic to good English communication skills

Core Skills

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Strong understanding of

layout, typography, colour theory, and composition

Ability to understand briefs and

execute with minimal supervision

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

Exposure to

performance advertising creatives

Interest in

AI image generation tools

(Midjourney, DALLE, Ideogram, Gemini, etc.) Basic knowledge of

video editing or motion graphics

Curiosity to learn, experiment, and adapt to

new creative technologies
