Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Location: Bangalore - Work From Office (WFO)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: Day Shift (Exact working hours will be shared during the interview process)

Salary Package: As per experience and skill level (Exact compensation to be discussed during screening/interview)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Design high-quality visual creatives for social media and digital brand campaigns. Create marketing and communication assets for digital-first platforms. Design creatives for performance advertising on Meta and Google. Support creation of brand decks, pitch materials, and internal presentations. Maintain visual consistency across brand identity systems and campaigns. Translate design briefs into clean, effective visual outputs with attention to detail. Manage multiple design tasks while meeting timelines and quality expectations. Collaborate with internal teams and incorporate feedback constructively. Support campaign-led and performance-driven creative requirements as part of a larger team.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate or Diploma in Design or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience: 0-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (Agency or brand-side experience both acceptable)

Language: Basic to good English communication

Core Skills:

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition Ability to understand briefs and execute with minimal supervision

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

Exposure to performance ad creatives Interest in AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Ideogram, Gemini, etc.) Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics Curiosity to learn and adapt to new creative technologies
