Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for websites, social media, brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements
Create visuals for educational content, campaigns, admissions, and events
Maintain brand consistency across all design assets
Collaborate with content, marketing, and academic teams
Edit and enhance existing designs based on feedback
Prepare files for print and digital publishing
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
1-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (education industry preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
Ability to convert concepts into compelling visuals
Attention to detail and ability to work on-site with teams
Preferred Skills
Experience designing for schools, colleges, ed-tech, or training institutes
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW
Understanding of social media design formats and trends
