Duties and responsibilities

Concept & Creation: Develop visual concepts, storyboards, characters, backgrounds,
icons, and marketing graphics (social posts, banners).

Asset Production: Design and refine game assets, UI elements, promotional visuals,
and event materials (signage, brochures).

Collaboration: Work with art directors, game designers, and production teams to
align visuals with project goals and brand guidelines.

Technical Execution: Use design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
to produce high-quality, layered files for production.

Iteration & Feedback: Incorporate feedback and iterate designs rapidly to meet
project requirements.

Layout & Composition: For animation/games, create layouts, set up camera angles,
and layer elements for backgrounds.

Skills and qualifications

Artistic: Strong drawing skills, understanding of composition, colour theory, and
visual storytelling.

Technical: Proficiency with industry-standard 2D software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
and graphics tablets.

Soft Skills: Creative thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and
ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
