for Graphic Designers
1. Design marketing creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
2. Create brochures, flyers, project catalogs, hoardings, newspaper ads, standees, site branding, etc.
3. Develop branding material for real estate projects including logos, color palettes, theme concepts.
4. Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to design project launch campaigns.
5. Edit and enhance project renders, site photos, walkthrough stills, and drone images.
6. Work on floor plan designs, layout editing, and infographic creatives.
7. Ensure all creatives are visually attractive, brand-consistent, and conversion-focused.
8. Coordinate with external vendors (printers, studio teams, agencies) for production.
9. Prepare high-quality creatives within deadlines.
Skills & Competencies
1. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
2. Knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
3. Experience in real estate creative design is highly preferred.
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
5. Ability to convert project briefs into creative, modern-looking designs.
6. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
