Job Description

The Senior Designer for Graphic & Visual Merchandising plays a critical role in developing visually compelling concepts that elevate brand presence across multiple platforms. This position is responsible for creating high-impact graphic designs, developing visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all creative materials and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive both in-store and digital brand experiences.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:



Creative Design Conceptualization

: Lead the design of graphics for various brand collateral, including but not limited to print, digital media, social media, advertisements, packaging, and promotional materials. Conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with the brand identity and engage target audiences.

Brand Consistency

: Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all designs and marketing materials. Maintain a strong visual identity in all outputs to ensure alignment with the company's vision, mission, and goals.

Collaborative Design

: Work closely with marketing, product, and merchandising teams to develop integrated design concepts for campaigns, events, and product launches. Provide design expertise for photo shoots, product packaging, and any other visual marketing assets.

Digital and Print Design

: Create compelling web graphics, email templates, banners, and social media visuals. Design and produce print collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and catalogs, ensuring the highest quality for production.

Presentation Design

: Design pitch decks and presentations for internal and external stakeholders with a clear, visually appealing format.

Visual Merchandising Responsibilities:



Store Layout and Displays

: Develop visually appealing and impactful in-store displays and layouts that highlight products and align with the brand's aesthetic. Ensure the efficient use of space and product positioning to increase customer engagement and drive sales.

Seasonal and Promotional Visual Concepts

: Lead the creation of seasonal and promotional window displays, in-store signage, and other visual merchandising elements that drive traffic and sales. Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaign-specific visuals and ensure consistency with overall marketing strategies.

Visual Standards and Guidelines

: Create visual merchandising guidelines for stores and oversee their implementation to ensure consistency across locations. Regularly assess and update the look and feel of retail displays to keep them fresh, engaging, and aligned with brand strategies.

Vendor Management

: Source, liaise, and manage relationships with external vendors for display materials and in-store installations. Work with fabrication and production teams to ensure displays are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Analysis and Optimization

: Monitor the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make adjustments based on feedback and sales performance. Work with store teams to ensure that visual elements are implemented effectively and in a timely manner.

Additional Responsibilities:



Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align graphic design and visual merchandising strategies with business goals. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
