Role Description:

You will work closely with the content, strategy, and account management teams across business units to create high-quality, impactful visual assets that elevate brand presence and support strong digital marketing outcomes. You will contribute to building distinct visual identities for clients and ensure that every creative output aligns with Eridium's standards of innovation, precision, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Vision & Design Execution

Work with account managers, content strategists, and clients to deliver visually striking graphics, design systems, and brand-aligned creatives. Stay updated with modern design trends, styles, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output. Provide proactive recommendations to clients for visual improvements and upgrades.

2. Timely & Accurate Delivery

Meet all design deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Obtain clear briefs, ask clarifying questions, and ensure complete understanding of requirements before starting work. Guarantee that all designs are brand-safe, original, error-free, and ready for publishing. Maintain zero tolerance for plagiarism and fundamental design/brand guideline violations.

3. Quality Ownership

Minimize rework through thoughtful planning, proper requirement gathering, and strong attention to detail. Ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and internal quality benchmarks. Record client appreciations and wins for internal review and performance tracking. Contribute to building award-worthy design pieces for client campaigns.

4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Collaborate with account and content teams to identify opportunities to elevate design output and enhance client experience. Explore creative tools (including AI-based design tools) and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and design quality. Spot opportunities for value-adds and up-sell through design enhancements.

5. Communication & Collaboration

Communicate proactively with internal teams and clients to ensure design aligns with messaging and project goals. Respond to all emails and messages within a 2-hour window and provide clear delivery timelines. Maintain a professional and solution-oriented communication style at all times.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced creative environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and other design tools. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, branding, and digital-first design. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
