Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
2+ years of professional graphic design experience (real estate or property industry is a plus).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus).
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is advantageous.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design projects.
Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of real estate marketing principles is a plus.
