This role is ideal for a designer who understands how to combine creativity with educational storytelling and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design
print and digital creatives
for educational content -- including school magazines, newsletters, and brochures.
Develop visual assets for
social media, email campaigns, and advertisements
targeting schools, students, and parents.
Collaborate with the content, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling visuals that align with brand goals.
Design layouts for
magazines, posters, banners, and flyers
used in school campaigns and educational fairs.
Ensure all designs follow brand identity and maintain consistency in colors, fonts, and tone.
Work on
infographics, charts, and visual explainers
to make educational material more engaging.
Handle multiple projects with attention to detail and meet tight deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, especially in the education and publishing space.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts
, or related field.
1-3 years of experience
as a graphic designer (education, publishing, or EdTech industry preferred).
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.).
Good sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Familiarity with
social media creatives and print production
standards.
Strong creativity and ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
Attention to detail and good communication skills for teamwork.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience designing for
schools, educational magazines, or learning platforms
.
Basic video editing or motion graphic skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a plus.
Ability to visualize concepts for students, teachers, and school decision-makers.
Photography or illustration skills are a bonus.
