We're seeking a designer who can understand concepts, translate ideas into visuals, and bring creativity, color sense, and originality to every design. The Graphic Designer (Creative Lead) will be responsible for managing all creative design and visual communication activities for Aayur Care and TailzShield the two brands of Aayur Enterprises.

This role blends creative direction, brand management, and hands-on design execution. The candidate will conceptualize and produce digital and print materials that align with both brands' identities -- ensuring a unified, professional, and engaging visual presence.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with the marketing and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction & Brand Identity

? Develop, implement, and maintain the visual identity for both Aayur Care and TailzShield. ? Ensure consistent branding across all digital, print, and on-ground materials. ? Conceptualize and execute visuals for marketing campaigns, awareness programs, and product launches. ? Create and update brand assets, style guides, and visual templates. ? Understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually compelling designs that align with brand tone and message. ? Develop unique, original concepts that reflect brand values and storytelling. ? Combine creativity, design principles, and a strong color sense to produce eye-catching and emotionally engaging visuals. ? Conceptualize and design creative ideas for digital campaigns, awareness programs, and product launches across multiple platforms.

2. Design & Development

? Design creatives for social media, digital ads, banners, brochures, posters, and packaging. ? Create visual content for websites, presentations, newsletters, and corporate communications. ? Edit photos, infographics, and short promotional videos as required. ? Ensure high visual quality, consistency, and accuracy across all design materials. ? Adapt designs for different formats and platforms (print, digital, outdoor, etc.). ? Maintain visual alignment with marketing goals and brand strategy.

3. Marketing & Collaboration

? Collaborate closely with the marketing, digital, and content teams to bring campaign ideas to life through impactful visuals. ? Support digital media content creation for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and internal campaigns. ? Plan monthly creative calendars and campaign schedules in coordination with management. ? Coordinate with the sales, corporate partnership, and events teams for promotional materials and customized campaigns. ? Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative design solutions.

4. Innovation & Growth

? Stay updated on current design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and digital marketing tools. ? Propose fresh, experimental ideas to enhance audience engagement and brand perception. ? Explore motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos to elevate storytelling. ? Continuously improve design processes for speed, creativity, and output quality. ? Benchmark competitor visuals and apply insights to maintain a distinct, modern visual identity

5. File Management & Documentation

? Maintain a well-organized digital archive of all design assets, brand elements, and project files. ? Ensure regular backup, version control, and proper naming conventions for all creative work. ? Maintain updated folders for campaign creatives, brand templates, and approved visual materials. ? Document and track design requests, delivery timelines, and approvals.

Skills & Qualifications

? Bachelor's or Master's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. ? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). ? Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or After Effects is an added advantage. ? Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout composition. ? Excellent creative thinking, multitasking, and time management skills. ? Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining creative ideas. ? Ability to work under deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. ? A portfolio showcasing diverse creative work is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
