to join our team. This role involves crafting on-brand visual designs for social media, digital campaigns, product assets, and sales collateral. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional teams, especially Sales and Marketing, and own the visual identity system by maintaining the brand book and all associated design assets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Digital Creatives
Design high-quality, engaging posts, stories, ads, and reels for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Adapt creatives for various formats and resolutions as per channel requirements.
2. Sales Support & On-Demand Creatives
Create quick-turnaround designs like pitch decks, catalogues, client-specific adaptations, campaign creatives, and promotional material.
Work closely with the Sales team to visually interpret and enhance communication and value propositions.
3. Brand Consistency & Asset Management
Develop, update, and maintain the company's brand book, ensuring consistent usage of design styles, fonts, logos, and color palettes.
Create, organize, and version-control all product artworks (labels, packaging drafts, mockups, etc.).
Build and manage a comprehensive library of marketing assets (icons, templates, design systems, etc.).
4. Campaign & Content Ideation
Collaborate with Marketing to brainstorm, storyboard, and execute content ideas.
Stay updated on new design trends, social media formats, and tools to bring fresh concepts to the brand.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or any related field.
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, Figma (bonus) or any other equivalent tools
Experience designing for social media and basic understanding of platform best practices.
Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail and typography.
Capable of managing multiple projects and working under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with packaging or label design is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a cross-functional team.
