Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Design
Create visually appealing Instagram carousel posts and other social media graphics that align with the brand's visual identity and tone.
Develop designs that effectively communicate story elements, titles, and character highlights for ongoing campaigns (e.g., Baroness Goes on Strike*). Adapt visuals for various formats and platforms while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
2. Newsletter & Digital Campaign Design
Design promotional newsletters for product launches, special editions, and marketing campaigns.
Incorporate elements such as title introductions, blurbs, product visuals, character spotlights, and promotional details (e.g., discount codes).
Produce responsive designs suitable for both desktop and mobile viewing.
3. Brand Consistency & Collaboration
Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and creative direction.
Collaborate closely with marketing, editorial, and social media teams to ensure alignment of creative output with campaign objectives.
Participate in feedback and revision cycles to refine designs to final, publish-ready quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital graphic design (internship or professional).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
Experience designing for both print and digital (especially social media and newsletters).
Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of current design trends, especially in entertainment, publishing, or lifestyle sectors.
Preferred Skills:
Experience creating marketing materials for publishing, entertainment, or e-commerce brands.
Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation for social media content.
Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital newsletters.
Deliverables & Expectations:
High-quality, final-ready designs (not concept drafts).
Editable files (PSD/AI) and final export formats (PNG/JPG/PDF).
Timely submission and communication through designated channels (email or internal groups).
