Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative

Graphic Designer

to join our hospital's marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will create visually compelling materials that promote health awareness, hospital services, internal communications, and patient engagement. This role requires sensitivity to the healthcare environment, where clarity, trust, and compassion must be communicated through every design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design brochures, posters, flyers, banners, signage, infographics, and social media graphics tailored for patients, staff, and the broader community. Support campaigns for health awareness, patient education, hospital events, and recruitment. Ensure all designs comply with the hospital's branding guidelines and regulatory standards Collaborate with medical staff, communications teams, and external vendors for design and print production. Create visuals for digital platforms including hospital websites, email newsletters, and intranet. Maintain an organized library of visual assets and templates for consistent use. Contribute to internal communication efforts with materials such as staff newsletters and onboarding kits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Corel Draw, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills. Ability to translate complex health information into visually clear and accessible designs. Excellent communication and project management skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing for hospitals, clinics, or public health campaigns. Knowledge of medical terminology and patient education materials. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in marketing materials. Basic understanding of web design or video editing tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
