Prachar Craft is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of branding, and proficiency in industry-standard design software to create compelling visual content for digital and print media.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design creative visuals, including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and branding materials. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure projects meet client objectives and brand guidelines. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets. Prepare files for print production and digital distribution. Revise designs based on feedback while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements:

1 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or creative environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design-related software. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and strong visual storytelling skills. Knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media design trends is a plus.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields preferred. Experience in motion graphics or video editing is an advantage but not mandatory.
