At Magneq, we're a fast-growing eCommerce brand focused on online grocery delivery. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity through high-performing social media ads and campaign creatives.
About the Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that communicate our brand message across multiple platforms -- digital and print. You'll collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-impact creatives.
Responsibilities:
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally for D2C or eCommerce brands.
Design packaging labels, bags, marketing collaterals , paid social media ad creatives (static & video-based a big plus), blog featured posts and website banners.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva; motion design (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
Strong understanding of color, typography, and layout principles.
Bonus: Familiarity with A/B testing, ad performance metrics, or Meta ad specs.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements.
Edit and retouch product images as needed.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
Attention to detail and creativity are a must.
(Bonus) Experience with motion graphics or UI assets is a plus.
