Design logos, brochures, posters, product packaging, and branding materials that align with company objectives and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative strategies and concepts for campaigns.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Update and maintain the company's website design and layout, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and refinement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and effective in communicating the desired message.
Work with external vendors, such as printers or agencies, to ensure accurate production and delivery of designs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar.
Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Creativity and a keen sense of visual aesthetics.
