Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our design team. You will assist in creating visual content for digital and print platforms, following brand guidelines while learning and growing your design skills.

Responsibilities:

o Design assets for web, email, social media, advertising, and print

o Communicate a brand's identity, tone, and values through design.

o Design logos, brand guidelines, and identity systems.

o Maintain consistency across all branded materials.

o Create visuals for campaigns: posters, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, etc.

o Collaborate with marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals.

o Design website layouts, banners, user interfaces, and app graphics.

o Design materials like magazines, business cards, packaging, annual reports, etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Development

o Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, etc.).

o Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

o Brainstorm visual ideas with creative teams.

o Modify designs for different audience segments or languages.

o Proof designs for errors (text, alignment, color).

o Ensure final outputs are high-quality and meet technical specifications.

o Meet deadlines and manage time across multiple projects
