Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 (Based on experience & performance)

- Probation Period: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, creatives, and marketing materials for digital platforms. Work on branding, social media posts, infographics, presentations, and other marketing collaterals. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions. Develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with the company's brand identity. Ensure consistency and high quality in all designs and outputs. Stay updated with the latest design trends and apply them where suitable. Maintain proper file management and project documentation. Support in creating pitch decks, website visuals, and campaign assets. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in graphic design (agency or corporate environment preferred). Languages: English (Mandatory), Hindi, Kannada (Preferred). Strong creative and visualization skills. Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Tools & Software Knowledge (Preferred)

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory). CorelDRAW (is a plus). Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD (for UI/UX basics). Canva, Figma for quick design and collaboration. Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus. Familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office for team collaboration.

- 1st Round: Telephonic Interview

- 2nd Round: Practical Test via Google Meet

Work Schedule

- Office Timing: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM

- Working Days: 6 Days a Week

- Work Mode: Work from Office
