Graphic Designer (3-5 Years Experience)
Job Summary
We're looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms, contributing to brand development, and mentoring junior designers.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, packaging, and print materials Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to align visuals with strategic goals Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh design approaches Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers Stay updated with design trends and tools to keep work innovative and relevant
Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus Strong communication and project management skills
