Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer / Illustrator to play a key role in shaping our

brand's visual identity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a refined, consistent design

language and possess strong illustration capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding

of aesthetic principles and mastery of new age design tools and platforms to deliver impactful

and polished visual work.

Key Responsibilities


Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, or equivalent) to generate,

iterate, and enhance visual assets with speed, precision, and innovation.


A strong skill base in Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.


Create high-quality logos, typography, posters, and title designs that reflect a unified

and elevated design language.


Develop and apply thoughtful color palettes, swatches, and aesthetic combinations

rooted in strong visual intuition.


Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on creative direction and project

goals.


Prepare clean, professional mock-ups and visual presentations to communicate

concepts and iterations effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications


Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, or

Visual Designer, with a strong and diverse portfolio.


Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools with the ability to integrate them

seamlessly into your workflow.


Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator--a strong command of

digital illustration, composition, and visual storytelling.


Exceptional aesthetic sensibility--a deep understanding of visual harmony, layout,

typography, and stylistic coherence.


Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in fast-paced,

creative environments.


Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-impact designs with

precision and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications


Experience applying AI tools in branding or visual development workflows.


A portfolio that showcases the ability to combine illustration, design fundamentals,

and cutting-edge tools in a cohesive visual language.


Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling

visual narratives.
