Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, banners, social media graphics, ads, email creatives, and website visuals
Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all design projects
Create layouts and visuals for presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
Design visual content for campaigns, promotions, and events
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
Prepare and edit files for print and digital formats
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure modern and innovative output
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and versatile design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW is a plus
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and website graphics is preferred
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills
Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
Preferred Skills:
Animation and video editing skills
