Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, ads).
Develop creative assets for print (brochures, flyers, packaging, business cards, banners).
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visuals.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual communications.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and visuals.
Prepare design files for production and liaise with printers or vendors as needed.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of social media design standards and responsive design principles.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience in branding or UI/UX design.
Photography or illustration skills.
Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print.
