We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute engaging designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print assets such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website visuals, and more. Translate creative briefs and marketing requirements into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. Develop innovative and compelling design concepts, layouts, and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements. Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) to create high-quality designs and ensure all deliverables are of the highest standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and development to ensure design consistency and timely delivery of projects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative designs, demonstrating proficiency in layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Solid understanding of design principles, best practices, and current design trends. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for creativity and design.
