JOB ROLE:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

(Fresher/Experienced) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, brand consistency, and bringing creative ideas to life across various digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is both artistic and technically skilled, with the ability to manage multiple design projects while adhering to brand standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create visually appealing designs aligned with the company's brand identity and campaign goals. Design creatives for brochures, catalogs, packaging, banners, and digital ads. Develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and the website.Design engaging content for social platforms using animations, infographics, and illustrations. Collaborate with marketing, content, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements. Create layouts and visual elements for UI/UX (website and landing pages). Coordinate with web developers for accurate implementation of designs. Build and manage a library of brand assets and templates for consistent usage. Present concepts and incorporate feedback from internal teams. Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, and visual styles across platforms. Create 3D models and high-quality renderings for product showcases and packaging. Use tools like Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D for 3D design. Stay updated on design trends and suggest creative approaches to enhance branding. Manage multiple design projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines

A creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense and eye for detail. Skilled in transforming ideas into visual storytelling. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Passionate about staying current with trends and pushing creative boundaries.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Experience in 3D design software like Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D. Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and formats. Proficiency in English (Required).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary:

?15,000 - ? 30,000 per month (based on experience).
