Design Development:
Create visually engaging designs for
newsletters

book covers

invites

certificates

booklets

stickers

logos

banners
and
folders
.
Update and modify existing designs as needed to meet evolving requirements.
Multimedia Content Creation:
Develop
motion graphics

videos
,
GIFs
, and other multimedia content to enhance the school's online and offline presence.
Conceptualize and produce high-quality animations and video content.
Branding and Presentation:
Ensure all designs maintain a consistent look and feel, adhering to the school's branding guidelines.
Prepare engaging
Microsoft Word
documents and
PowerPoint presentations
for school events and presentations.
Collaboration and Feedback:
Work closely with the Reporting Manager, administration, and the central team to understand project requirements and deliver tailored designs.
Incorporate feedback to improve design outputs while meeting deadlines.
Resource Management:
Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files for future use.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Software Proficiency:
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (presentation creation expertise)
Design Expertise:
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing for print and digital media.
Proven ability to produce motion graphics, animations, and video content.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience:
4+ years of experience in graphic design or a related role (experience in an educational setting is a plus).
