The Role
We are seeking two enthusiastic and talented Junior Graphic Designers to support our creative team. This is a crucial, hands-on, full-time Work From Office role based in Pune. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a strong foundation in design principles, and is ready to jump into fast-paced digital projects immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce engaging visual content for various platforms, with a strong focus on social media design (static posts, stories, ads, etc.).
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions.
Ensure all design outputs adhere to client branding and communication design guidelines.
Utilize and maintain proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Incorporate AI-assisted design skills to enhance efficiency and explore innovative creative options (e.g., AI image generation, rapid prototyping, content repurposing).
Prepare files for final delivery across digital and print media.
? Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
A Degree in Design or a related field is strongly preferred.
A robust portfolio showcasing design ability, especially in social media and digital content.
Familiarity with design trends and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
