Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, a deep understanding of current design trends, and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling graphics across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and development teams to produce high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, web banners, brochures, logos, advertisements, packaging, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visuals that enhance user experience and drive engagement. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and communications. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Amend designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics meet quality and brand standards. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Multimedia etc.) and other relevant design tools. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and motion graphics is a plus. Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
