The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print media. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into effective visual communication.
2. Key Responsibilities
Develop creative designs for social media posts, brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing materials.
Create layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual concepts as per brand guidelines.
Design digital assets for websites, online campaigns, and email marketing.
Coordinate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality outputs.
Edit and retouch images, videos, and promotional materials as needed.
Maintain consistency in branding across all visual communications.
Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
3. Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Creativity and ability to think visually.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Time management and ability to handle multiple assignments.
4. Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in graphic designing or a similar role.
Portfolio showcasing previous design work is must.
5. Additional Requirements
Knowledge of video editing tools will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexible and ready to adapt to changing creative needs.
