Job Description

A graphic designer intern plays a crucial role in supporting the creative team by assisting in the conceptualization and execution of visual content. This role involves working closely with senior designers and art directors to create compelling graphics, layouts, and designs for various projects.

Responsibilities typically include using design software to produce marketing materials, social media assets, and print collateral. The intern may also be involved in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas, and helping to maintain brand consistency across different platforms.

Additionally, this position offers a valuable opportunity to learn about the design industry, gain hands-on experience, and develop skills in areas such as typography, image manipulation, and layout design, ultimately contributing to the successful execution of various design projects.

Skills Required

- Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Auto Desk Maya, 3ds Max, After effect

Qualifications

Strong skills in graphics and graphic design

Proficiency in social media design, logo design and branding

Ability to perform image editing tasks

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team

knowledge of After Effects will be an added advantage

Working towards a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field
