Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Fresher) who's excited to be part of a dynamic financial brand. As the in-house visual designer, you'll work closely with the core team to create meaningful and visually engaging designs for our digital, marketing, and communication materials.

Responsibilities:

Design creatives for social media, banners, emailers, and internal brand assets.

Edit and manipulate images for visual appeal and clarity in both print and digital formats.

Develop vector illustrations, icons, and infographics using Adobe Illustrator.

Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints by following our guidelines.

Create layouts and mockups that align with our business goals and audience behavior.

Organize design files and documentation for easy access and reusability.

Qualification & Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Basic working knowledge of Figma (future use will be essential). Understanding of design principles, colour theory and composition. Hands-on experience with photo editing and image manipulation Attention to detail with a sharp visual aesthetic. Ability to manage time effectively and meet design deadlines. Open to feedback and eager to learn in a self-driven environment. A well-curated portfolio is mandatory to apply. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Passionate about design and its role in business storytelling.
