5. Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

1. Motion design familiarity
2. Basic understanding of video editing workflows
3. Experience working with retail, fashion, or D2C brands
4. Exposure to performance marketing or CRO-driven design
5. Comfort experimenting with AI-assisted design tools
