Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Assist in creating visually appealing and effective designs for a range of digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and website elements. Conceptualization: Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for design projects, ensuring alignment with the company\'s branding and messaging. Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring concepts to life and produce high-quality visual assets. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design elements and branding across all materials, ensuring that the Carrer Naksha visual identity is upheld. Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet the specified criteria. Feedback Incorporation: Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance the quality and effectiveness of designs. Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Graphic Design, Visual Arts, etc.) or recent graduate.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Good understanding of design principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative on individual projects.
